3. Payment & Consideration Clause This explains how much, how, and when payment is made. Include: Total amount Payment schedule Mode of payment Late payment penalties (if any) Example: “The Client shall pay GHS 3,000: 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.”

4. Termination Clause This explains how either party can end the contract. Include: Notice period Grounds for termination What happens to payments and work done Example: “Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days’ written notice.”

5. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law This states how conflicts will be handled and which country’s law applies.
